ENPH 253 is a three-credit course taken in the summer of second year of the Engineering Physics program at the University of British Columbia. Each year the course is run as a series of labs and a unique robotics competition. This year's iteration of the course, summer 2012, the robotics competition was block collecting/stacking robots.​ On the final day of the course, a competition was held which pitted robots against each other in a stacking contest.
